Priorities:
    Fast Wifi
    Great coverage/signal (at least cover 150m^2 on three floors)
    Realiable

Requirements:
    1gbps ethernet
    Encryption: WPA2/AES
    Guest wifi: a plus

Other
    Router functioinality a plus
    If it has router functionality it must be easy to disable services such as DHCP, DNS, etc.
    Ethernet switch a plus (a small one)
